A large PA health system, already using VoiceCare within its multiple hospitals recently implemented FastTrack for its surgical areas. In its pre-VoiceCare study, it found that Nurse Availability Delays accounted for 11% of patient delays and was a major impediment to patient flow. FastTrack was introduced in May, 2006 and patient delays fell dramatically within one month and in December, 2006 were measured as 0%.
